Slytherin

Having been sat here musing

Has been a bit of a shit month all round what with nearly everyone i knwo having bad luck of one kind or another, would be nice to see a rainbow of hope again. But it shall turn up soon i guess. I did have a birthday which was fun, well mostly there was the scary turkish guy that freaked me out, the lack of my own bed, and constant sleeping on sofa. Many people not turning up for one reason or another, most of which can be forgiven. Though having said all that i was really drunk on sunday and didn't sleep in my corset as it seemed to be tighter than usal maybe i'm putting weight on, I should be happy about this as i keep trying to put weight on but when i do i often freak out and loose it all again though having said that i do keep about a pund of what i gained!
But i guess in all this free time i have been able to ponder the most important questions in life, like how big does a duck have to be before it will scare me, about 10 foot i think. Is the love i have for my bed/laptop/comfort duck slightly odd or just normal love people have for inanimate objects. Do men really pay attention when i speak, seen as garb claims he can't hear me and most just never seem to reply, does this mean all men can't hear me or just find my converstion dull, I think its dull i am incredibly boring most of the time, I think its my complete inabiltiy to creat conversation or to even take part in a conversation that isn't about, Harry Potter/Rubber Ducks/My poorly car.
Also I have been thinking about mental illiness in relation to creativity, this one always stumpped me. As i seem to find a lot of solice in writing poems(however bad they maybe) to the occasional painting (again they tend to be terrible). I just wonder if the brain uses these things to help me find a mid point between ready to throw myself off a bridge to crying with happiness. Maybe apossitive mental attitude will make it all better again, I just have to remember where i left it.
Anyway baack to the important stuff I wonder if there's any jam left.....

Jasmine

The flowers of June,
Love the birds and the bees.
There is a certain grace,
To the shape of the leaves.
The form of a woman,
Is the shape of the petals.

And this is where your name was derived from.

Random Poem I came up with in the car on the way home

I love thee like I love myself,
I love thee ever more
I love thee like I love the moon,
I love thee ever more,
The moon it says good morning night,
Of darkness ever more,
I love thee like I love myself,
I love thee ever more,
I love thee like I love the sun,
I love thee ever more,
The sun it says good night day,
And snuggles up for sleep,
I love thee like I love myself,
I love thee ever more,
I love thee like I love myself,
I love thee ever more.

Pyramid Scheme A'Hoy

The first five people to respond to this post will get some form of art, by me. It will be about or tailored to those five lucky "victims."
This offer does have some restrictions and limitations:
- I make no guarantees that you will agree with what I perceive as art and/or quality.
- What I create will be just for you.
- It'll be done before 31 days have passed. (I'd rather give myself enough time to make something nice.)
- You have no clue what it's going to be. It may be fic. It may be poetry. I may draw or paint something. I may bake you something and mail it to you. Who knows? Not you, that's for sure!
- I reserve the right to do something extremely strange.
The catch? Oh, the catch is that you have to put this in your journal as well, if you expect me to do something for you!

If you wish to post this in your journal, it's been requested that you title it I'm afraid of __ out of 72 common fears.

If you get more than 30, I strongly recommend some counseling.
If you get more than 20, you’re paranoid.
If you get 10-20, you are normal.
If you get 10 or less, you're fearless.
People who don’t have any are liars.

PETA and the whole Crazy veggie Debate!

I have just been on the Peta website looking at the forums and i myself being a veggie have to say that most of them are mental! Now i don't eat red meat because i don't like the taste of it. i also try not to buy products tested on animals because that IS wrong. However on these message broads they go on about not wearing leather and this does greatly annoy me. Because no matter how much they won't buy it the cow was still going to die. Now unless i have got everything wrong then i believe that leather comes from cows who are going for meat production anyway and if i am wrong i may change my mind on leather but to be honest its not really animal cruelty now is it when the animal has been brought up with the best of care and feed properly so it can become a stake. My only argument with this is why we don't produce our own food for the country rather than buying from abroad but that is a different debate entirely. i really want to get behind PETA with the animal cruelty but when they have vegans going on about how leather is wrong i find this extremely hard to do some times.
okay rant over!!
